Orders and Shipping

1 . The buyer may purchase our Products according to the website rules where these are present . The purchase order will be automatically processed at the end of the issuance procedure of the order.

2 . The correct confirmation of the order will be validated by Global Tech ® via email sent to the email address provided by the buyer. The confirmation message will include the Global Tech ® name, the essential characteristics of the items purchased , the price of the product purchased , including taxes and additional taxes , shipping and handling costs , arrangements for payment and delivery, note for the eventual right of withdrawal for the buyer , all the infos on the refund and withdrawal , informations on support services and the existing warranty. The confirmation message will have the order number to be used in any subsequent communication with Global Tech ® .

3 . The product will be delivered to the buyer within the time limit indicated in the e- mail including the confirmation of the order, and in any case within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of the order receipt. The delivery date showing in the order confirmation must be considered merely approximate.

4 . The ordered products will be delivered in the original packaging but Global Tech ® reserves the right to make changes to products that do not alter the functionality of the same .

5 . In case of product unavailability - even temporarily - , Global Tech ® , within the period of thirty days from receipt of order ,will advise the customer by e-mail and will consequently will refund the money.

6 . Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the one indicated in the transportation document ;

• that the packaging is not damaged , or wet or otherwise altered, including the seal.

7 . Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately notified, A SUBJECT TO INSPECTION WRITTEN on the delivery courier receipt. Once signed the slip , the customer cannot make any objection on the external characteristic of the goods delivered . Any problems regarding the physical integrity , correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days after the delivery , as described in the " Warranty and return policy" section .

8 . The buyer agrees to refund Global Tech ® for any added expenses that it has incurred for shipping and handling caused by a failure to comply with the agreements made by the buyer for the date, time and place of the shipping.

9 . In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the courier warehouses because of a repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer , the purchase will be automatically canceled .

10 . Global Tech ® will not be liable for failures or delays in the execution of the order in the event that such failure or delay is caused by impediments such as strikes , labor problems, transportation suspension and any other source which can cause an impediment due to major uncontrollable reasons or unforeseeable circumstances.
